Background:

We were thrilled to be part of the historic CPKC Stadium project, the first purpose-built stadium for a women’s professional sports team. Upon reviewing the initial plans in mid-2022, we noticed that Striem was not specified for the oil separator. Partnering with Bulls-i Sales, we embarked on an educational campaign with the engineer to demonstrate the advantages of our OT-1500 oil separator. Fast forward to early 2023, we were delighted to see the engineer had updated the plans and specified the OT-1500, reflecting our commitment to educating engineers.

Walking the job site with the contractor was a gratifying experience. The contractor was impressed by the ease and speed of installing the OT-1500 compared to the concrete grease interceptor that was just 5 feet away! Using their smallest track hoe, they had the OT-1500 installed in less than 30 minutes; a stark contrast to the challenges they faced with the concrete tank. The feedback from the contractor reaffirmed the superiority of our product in terms of installation ease, lead time, and overall cost-effectiveness. We take pride in delivering innovative and efficient solutions like the OT-1500, and we are honored to have our oil separator installed here locally at the CPKC Stadium.
