The Plant Manager is accountable for the people, processes, and performance of the plant floor. This role leads the Production Team, the Shipping Team, quality control work, maintenance work, and all building and grounds needs. This person owns the day-to-day execution and must also build systems, processes, and people that are scalable for the future.
